Our primary responsibility is the health of our team, our patients and the entirety of our community.
We have been closely monitoring and exceeding recommendations made by the ADA, CDC, OHA and OSHA. Beyond our already strict infection control practices, we have updated our protocols in response to Covid-19.
Upon arrival, you will notice a few changes in our office. Once you are seated in your dental chair, you can expect the same warm, great experience you are accustomed to.
Enhancements to our office and the Schedule:
We have installed medical grade HEPA air purifiers throughout our office. These remove and kill 99.99% of air particles, even smaller than covid-19. After consulting with HVAC professionals, these units have been strategically placed to continuously exchange and purify the air.
Appointments are managed to allow for distancing between patients, including exiting through our back door. We are allowing greater time between appointments to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
Should you experience any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 and are also experiencing a dental emergency, please know that we can help you even if we cannot physically see you in the office. Please communicate openly and honestly, and we will do our best to address your issues or refer you to someone who can. We value your loyalty and trust.
